Foundation to Host Sixth Annual Animal Hall of Fame

The Annual Alabama Animal Hall of Fame is slated to be held at the Wynfrey Hotel Ballroom in Birmingham on Saturday evening, February 28^th, 2009. The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a silent auction, an open bar (beer and wine) for the first hour, delicious heavy hor d ‘oeuvers and a fast paced silent auction all to benefit the ALVMA Foundation. The Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony at 7:00 p.m. will be the highlight of the evening. This year we are honoring some amazingly, wonderful animals and the Bowie-Heath Awards will recognize a number of individuals whose lives have been devoted to the human-animal bond. This evening will remind you of exactly why you chose to become a veterinarian and a part of this wonderful profession. For kickers this year, after the ceremony a Rock Your Socks Off Band will help you and your guests dance the night away to all of your Rock & Roll favorite tunes. Don't miss this fun-filled exciting evening and the Annual Benefit for the ALVMA Foundation.
