STILL TIME TO PLEDGE! STILL TIME TO GET TICKETS!

Saturday, March 15 is fast approaching and the Alabama Animal Hall of Fame awaits you!  Tickets are still on sale by going to www.alvma.com (click here), or by calling the association office at 334-395-0086. Join your colleagues at the Embassy Suites in Huntsville for a great night of experiencing the human/animal bond. A silent auction will be held beginning at 7:00 p.m. prior to the induction ceremony. Proceeds from the auction will go to benefit Therapy Partners, Inc. of Huntsville. Proceeds from the induction ceremony will go to the Alabama Veterinary Medical Association to support the many worthwhile programs underway.

This coming Friday, March 14, 2008 had been designated as ALVMF DAY by the Alabama Veterinary Medical Foundation (ALVMF), and there’s still time to get your pledge in as a supporter of this event!  ALVMF president Dr. Lewis, McCurdy is challenging all members of the Alabama Veterinary Medical Association to participate in the event by pledging 10% of their gross receipts for this day, which will go directly to the Foundation to help with disaster relief, spay/neutering efforts and special assistance grants. Surrounding states have done this as well and it has generated significant funds for Foundation efforts all across the south.

Please pledge your support by filling out the information below and faxing to the association office; 334/270-3399. Your support is greatly appreciated, and, tax deductible as allowed by law.
