WILDLIFE CENTER NEEDS VOLUNTEERS

 

The Alabama Wildlife Center is offering a training workshop for volunteers interested in joining the Center’s Raptor Network, which rescues and transports injured and orphaned birds of prey to the Wildlife Center from all over Alabama.  The Workshop will be held on Saturday, October 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Center’s Headquarters at Oak Mt. State Park. 

The Alabama Wildlife Center is also offering a training workshop on Raising Orphaned Baby Mammals to Return to the Wild. The Workshop will be held on Saturday, October 6, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Center’s Headquarters at Oak Mt. State Park.
