A July 7th report from the Alabama Department of Motor Vehicles shows that the Alabama VMA has reached a little more than the half-way point in its effort to pre-sell 1,000 spay/neuter license plates. This report includes sales through May 2008. The deadline for reaching the 1,000 goal is October 30, 2008. (To Read More) |
